Procurement Customer projects department, in close collaboration with Regional Procurement Program Managers (RPPM), will serve as the Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (EPPM) interface between Sales and Customer Project Execution (CPX). The team will ensure early involvement in the sales and construction phases of customer projects, including local content requirements, and will develop an end-to-end procurement plan. The department will be responsible for ensuring procurement readiness for customer projects, working with RPPMs for both current and new market entries. Additionally, another key focus will be managing the project portfolio and monitoring performance for Procurement projects, including NPI, Technology Transfer, Local Content and customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering the procurement milestones for the customer projects during the sales stage gates by collaborating with regional procurement program managers (RPPM)
• Validating the new procurement scope like local content, ISMs and other specific contract requirements from customers and prepare business case and procurement plans along with RPPM for sales technical offer sign off for both current and new market entries
• Be the subject matter expert for procurement and Interface to Enterprise project and Portfolio management and deliver the consolidated procurement project and portfolio plans for onshore and offshore customer projects from sales to execution 
• Responsible for managing risk for the customer project portfolio from sales to Executions
• Continuously work on developing the procurement process and deliverables for the sales and execution stages though collaboration with value chain stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering, Procurement and supply chain or a related field
• Minimum 15 Years of Extensive experience in Procurement for large-scale offshore, energy, or infrastructure projects, including involvement in sales or construction execution processes
• Business case preparation for sales on behalf of procurement for both current and new market entries on Local contents and specific customer requirements
• Risk Management experience in handling high-stakes project Procurement, managing uncertainty, and making decisions in complex, high-pressure environments
